easybill offers OTTO Market merchants a seamless integration for the automated creation and management of delivery notes and shipping data. Orders are imported directly from OTTO Market into easybill, allowing delivery notes to be efficiently generated and shipping as well as return labels to be created via a DHL interface. DHL tracking data and return numbers can be transmitted to OTTO Market for shipment tracking purposes. Additionally, easybill enables the import of invoice copies (replicas) of customer invoices issued by OTTO, which can be archived in compliance with GoBD regulations and exported to DATEV. These features significantly reduce administrative effort and ensure legally compliant documentation of all sales processes.
